Despite taking international trends into account, the kitchen relies on the tried and tested. The onion roast with fried potatoes and bacon green beans is characteristic of the house. So is the old Viennese soup pot. An elaborate dish that fully inspires in terms of taste and is known as artist's soup. The house spit of roast pork lung is mentioned as a recommendation from the kitchen. I would also like to praise the close cooperation with the farmers from the region.

This is always served with a strong pinch of hospitality. To celebrate parties as they come, the banqueting hall with 120 seats is ideal.
